Yoga: in person and online
~Vinyasa andYin yoga: my classes are mindfully crafted for targeted physical areas or energetic and
emotional balance that allow developing body and breath awareness and connect to oneself at a deeper level, while finding balance between strength and flexibility through curated and creative sequences.
All classes are complete, with emphasis on pranayama, meditation and mindful practices along with the physical aspect and they adapt to the energy of the group or single person accordingly.
~Mindful Breathing sessions through a very simple, yet effective, approach combining gentle movement and yoga breathing techniques to science-based principles accessible to everyone. No experience needed.
~ Pre-Natal Yoga sessions for mums-to-be that would love some guidance on how to break through inhibitions and feel supported while journeying through pregnancy, for their own and their baby wellbeing.
~ Yoga for Workplaces: yoga and mindfulness sessions inclusive of breath-work and movement to unlock physical discomfort, clear the mind and feel more connected and serene. From 45 mins to 1 hour, small to big groups. Please get in touch for any enquiry.
