I offer personalised and group classes in Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga for targeted physical areas or energetic and emotional balance that allow developing body and breath awareness and connect to oneself at a deeper level, to realise we are all connected, while finding balance between strength and flexibility through curated creative sequences.

Based on the Sage Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga, my classes combine all the main yogic principles emphasising pranayama, meditation and mindful practices along with the physical aspect and they adapt to the energy of the group or single person accordingly.

As a Mindfulness and Breathing guide I take a very simple, yet effective, approach combining meditative practices, yoga breathing techniques to science-based principles accessible to everyone.

Additionally, for mums-to-be that would love some guidance on how to break through inhibitions and feel supported while journeying through pregnancy I offer one to one or small groups Pre-Natal yoga sessions.

And last but not least, I also offer Yoga session for Corporate, small to big groups. Please get in touch for any enquiry.
